        About Vaccination Certificates

A vaccination instrument is created in VAMS after a healthcare professional logs a COVID-19 vaccine cure for a philanthropist in VAMS. 

 The instrument will include information about the date (s) of vaccine administration and alternate- cure due date (if applicable), vaccine manufacturer, lot number, and clinic name. 

 After the philanthropist receives the needed number of vaccine cure (s) to complete the vaccination schedule, the instrument can serve as a philanthropist’s vaccination record proved in VAMS. 

 Donors can pierce their vaccination instrument in the Philanthropist Gate at any time. 

 Elect clinic druggies can also pierce vaccination instruments in VAMS depending on their assigned part (s) in the system. Clinic stoner access is noted under each section sub title in this document. A stoner’s clinic type ( standard and mobile or third party) will mandate how the clinic druggies can pierce vaccination instruments in VAMS. 

 NOTE Conventions are still needed to give a completed COVID-19 vaccination record card to every vaccine philanthropist/ parent/ guardian.

 VAMS automatically updates vaccination instruments if healthcare professionals make applicable edits to the philanthropist vaccination records in VAMS.

After clicking Submit on the final screen of the vaccine administration inflow, a new window will appear, notifying you when the philanthropist is eligible to admit their coming cure of COVID-19 vaccine, if applicable. 

 To view the vaccination instrument, click the hyperlinked textbook on the evidence runner. From then, you can also download the instrument as a PDF. 

 To publish the vaccination instrument, click Download PDF, also click the print icon. 

 After a Vaccination Appointment – Option 1

 Click Hunt History Vaccinations on the Philanthropist Operation tab 

 Hunt for the philanthropist using one of two hunt options 

 Enter one of these fields dispatch address or VAMS ID, 

. OR 

 Enter all these fields first name, last name, and date of birth. 

 Once you ’ve plant the correct philanthropist, click their name in the hunt results table to advance to the philanthropist record. NOTE Clicking View Record will take you to the vaccination record. 

To view the vaccination instrument, click the hyperlinked textbook in the coming cure section below the philanthropist’s date of birth. From then, you can also download the instrument as a PDF. 

 To publish the vaccination instrument, click Download PDF, also click the print icon. 

 After a Vaccination Appointment – Option 2 

 Druggies with both Clinic Administrator and Healthcare Professional places assigned in VAMS 

Click the Clinic Data tab. 

 Under Vaccination Administration Report, click the time frame demanded to pierce your asked philanthropist record. NOTE Once in the Vaccination Administration Report, you can edit your time frame by clicking the Filter icon, Date Administered, also changing the Range to your asked time frame. 

 Click the First Name or Last Name of the philanthropist record you want to pierce. 

 Formerly in the philanthropist record, click View Vaccination Certificate. From then, you can also download the instrument as a PDF. 

 To publish the vaccination instrument, click Download PDF, also click the print icon.
